How did we get here?

We are Eric and Christi Kyzer, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance services for business and home owners. Our journey began three years ago when we got married and were both working for other companies. Despite having stable jobs, we knew we wanted more from life and were determined to make a difference.

Together, we brainstormed ideas on how we could help people and quickly realized the need for reliable, high-quality maintenance services for businesses and homes. We wanted to create a company that makes it easy for businesses and homeowners to maintain their buildings, ensuring they always look their best for customers and employees alike.

With over 35 years of experience in commercial and home maintenance, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. At Kyzer Maintenance Group, our focus is on making life easier for businesses and homeowners. We pride ourselves on being detail-oriented, efficient, and providing the best overall service possible. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards. We understand the importance of time, which is why we emphasize punctuality and reliability, always arriving when and where we say we will.

Our commitment to the value of time is deeply personal. After Eric’s father passed away following a long battle with cancer and Christi’s father was diagnosed with cancer in 2023, we were reminded of just how precious time is. This realization has driven us to build a business that not only provides exceptional service but also allows us to create a lasting legacy for our boys.
